Thimble
Player: Laura Bailey || Pronouns: she/her || Species: Pixie - Thimble is a rogue pixie with a rebellious and confrontational attitude, especially in light of the recent death of her best friend Thjazi Fang. Normally playful and feisty, Thimble is in deep mourning for her partner-in-crime and consumed with thoughts of vengeance. Thimble has spent much of her life at Thjazi’s side, even in war, and has lent her stealth to many missions with a more criminal bent.Armed with two needle swords, Thimble’s speed and agility define her battle strategies and even her approach to life. Azune Nayar
Player: Luis Carazo || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Human - Azune is a human exemplar, dedicated wholeheartedly to the protection of Dol-Makjar and its people. A former soldier of the Falconer’s Rebellion, Azune mourns all those lost in that conflict and keeps their memory close to his heart. He now serves as the Arcane Marshal of the Revolutionary Guard, keeping his sunset eyes open to protect the city against outer and inner threats – though the inner threats are now the most pressing. Kattigan Vale
Player: Robbie Daymond || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Human - Kattigan Vale is a human tracker of few words and fewer manners, but nothing beats his keen eye for details – particularly those out of place. Kattigan served in the Falconer’s Rebellion with Thjazi, becoming close friends with Teor Pridesire in the process. Little is known about what became of him after the war, but his reappearance after Thjazi’s death has been a blessing to those in need of Kattigan’s way with the wilds. Thaisha Lloy
Player: Aabria Iyengar || Pronouns: she/her || Species: Orc - Thaisha is a wild mage orc devoted to bringing change to the world through action. The scion of the famous Lloys – the smiths that forged the blades that killed the gods – Thaisha travels Araman, attempting to right wrongs and aid those in need of assistance. Her current partner in these travels is Occtis Tachonis. She is the mother of Alogar and Shadia and misses her family during her travels, but knows that her work is deeply important. Bolaire Lathalia
Player: Taliesin Jaffe || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Construct - Bolaire Lathalia is as true as the mask he wears – literally. Bolaire IS his mask, wearing a body that is not truly his. He is currently the curator of the Archanade, a museum in Dol-Makjar. His dearest friend is Hal, but he was forced to lie to him for years due to his criminal dealings with Hal’s brother, Thjazi. Bolaire does not wish to keep his true self a secret, but knows that few would understand what it is like to be a character in a play that finally is living his own life. Vaelus
Player: Ashley Johnson || Pronouns: she/her || Species: Elf - Vaelus is an elven exemplar of the fallen Shaper Sylandri, the goddess of life that her whole life was spent in service to… until Sylandri’s death at the hands of her own children. Vaelus carries many conflicted feelings about the end of her goddess’ life, but she is currently focused on retrieving an item that was stolen from her – the Stone of Nightsong, stolen from the monastery to Sylandri in the mountains of the Mournvale by Thjazi Fang and Thimble. Sir Julien Davinos
Player: Matthew Mercer || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Human - Julien is a human soldier and a mess of complications. A strained relationship with his father and his own legacy has led to Julien becoming an indolent playboy, but his sharp tongue and sharper blade are always at the ready for whatever battles come his way – be they verbal or physical. Julien looks down on nearly everyone he interacts with, if only so they can’t look down on him first. Tyranny
Player: Whitney Moore || Pronouns: she/her || Species: Demon - Tyranny is a demon from The Pit, created by her demonic father for the benefit of House Halovar. She became an Aspirant to Wicander Halovar, the scion of House Halovar, who immediately attempted to save her from her demonic ways. But Tyranny is not so easily cured of the person she is – and is there anything about her that must actually be fixed? Halandil “Hal” Fang
Player: Liam O’Brien || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Orc - Hal Fang is an orc bard and theatre maven whose passion lies in the arts and his city, rather than power grabs and swordplay, but he’s had to pick up the blade again due to his brother Thjazi’s machinations following him even in death. Hal is a father of three – Alogar, Shadia, and Hero – and he is devoted to keeping his children safe. He is beginning to realize that Dol-Makjar is not as safe as he once believed it to be and must follow in his brother’s footsteps if he is to keep his family in one piece. Murray Mag’Nesson
Player: Marisha Ray || Pronouns: she/her || Species: Dwarf - Murray is an arcanist and the bursar of the Penteveral, an academy for mages and arcanists. She is whip smart and sharp as a tack, but doesn’t always recognize the danger that her brash personality puts her in. She is dedicated to the cause of the Penteveral, in which any who wish may study the arcane arts, and is incensed by the push of the Houses into her school. Wicander “Wick” Halovar
Player: Sam Riegel || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Human - Wicander is the scion of the Candescent Creed, a title and life he was exorbitantly proud of until he discovers the shadowy truth behind his family’s religion. Conflicted as to his future, Wick holds on tightly to his hopeful attitude and desire to do good in the world – even if his family is less inclined to such positivity. Occtis Tachonis
Player: Alexander Ward || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Human/Hollow One - Occtis is the eighth son of House Tachonis, but is considered a pariah due to his lack of sorcerous ability. He was sent to the Penteveral as a teenager to learn magic with the arcanists, turning him into a bit of a rebel – though he retained his family’s interest in the realm of death and undeath, showcased in his creation of his undead fox, Pincushion. He is fairly timid and inexperienced with life, but is learning more about the world on his travels with Thaisha Lloy. Teor Pridesire
Player: Travis Willingham || Pronouns: he/him || Species: Nama - Teor is a nama exemplar, a lionfolk mercenary of the Torn Banner who fought in the Falconer’s Rebellion with Thjazi Fang. Stoic and steadfast, Teor is dedicated to protecting those who cannot protect themselves, carrying on the legacy of the Torn Banner even after its dissolution.
