Booyah! Thank Goodness it’s Thursday because the Critical Role Foundation & eBay Live are bringing you a blast from the past!
You’re just days away from stepping into the freshest throwback ever—because the Critical Role Foundation is teaming up with eBay Live to bring you a nostalgic ’90s‑themed Daggerheart one‑shot, TGiT, streaming live AND auctioning off incredible items! You’ll have the chance to bid live on rare merch from Critical Role, cast memorabilia, signed art, and best of all, donate to a great cause! All of your wonderful donations and auction dollars will benefit NCWIT, The National Center for Women & Information Technology, CRF’s new charity partner.
So, dust off your MC Hammer pants, scrunchies, slap on a slap bracelet, and get set for a fantasy adventure filled with radical quests, radical gear, radically good vibes and some of your favorite 90’s celebrities!

What’s Happening?
Toss out the TV Guide because on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 7pm PT CR & eBay Live are taking over your eBay Live, Beacon.tv, Twitch, & YouTube screens with some Critical Role cast members and special guest dabbling in fabled Daggerheart gameplay—but this time, with all the flair of the 1990s. Think grunge, y2k, neon, and most importantly CHARITY!
Funds will be raised via eBay Live auction and Tiltify to support NCWIT and the Critical Role Foundation’s emergency relief efforts.
What is eBay Live?
We are beyond excited to be partnering with the lovely folks at eBay Live, an interactive, real-time shopping platform where buyers and sellers connect through live-streamed events on eBay. While you enjoy the nostalgic gameplay LIVE, you’ll also be able to bid in real time on super cool items to support the cause and chat with one another at the same time! Also, SOME items will continue to be available to bid on through Sunday September 21st.
FYI: In order to enjoy the stream on eBay Live and bid on auction items, you will need to log in or register for an eBay account.
What is NCWIT?
NCWIT, The National Center for Women & Information Technology, equips its community of nearly 1,600 universities, companies, non-profits, and government organizations nationwide with resources for recruiting, retaining, and advancing women from K-12 and higher education through industry and entrepreneurial careers in computing and technology. MEET THE CAST
WILL FRIEDLE’s extensive career has spanned three decades in sitcoms, movies, animated series and video games. He is best known as the underachieving older brother Eric Matthews on the classic sitcom Boy Meets Word and the Batman of the future in Batman Beyond. 15 years after the finale of Boy Meets World, Friedle returned to reprise his role as now Senator Eric Matthews on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World for four episodes.
Will is also a prolific VO actor having done hundreds of animated projects over his almost 30 year career in animation. Once the youngest freelance writer in the history of Disney, Will is also a successful screenwriter having sold his first screenplay at the age of 19. He can currently be heard in roles on DC Super Hero Girls, Disney’s Big Hero 6 and numerous other animated projects as well as the co-host of the podcasts Pod Meets World with Danielle Fishel and Rider Strong and Magical Rewind with Sabrina Bryan.
DANIELLE FISHEL is best known for her iconic role as Topanga on the ‘90s TGIF staple, Boy Meets World. She’d later reprise the role for Girl Meets World, a millennial reboot that ran for 3 seasons on the Disney Channel. Since 2017, Danielle has moved behind the camera, directing over fifty episodes of multi-camera television including Disney Channel’s Wizards Beyond Waverly Place & Raven’s Home (for which she was nominated for 2 Emmy’s), ABC’s Shifting Gears and NBC’s Lopez vs Lopez. She also co-hosts the hit iHeart Podcast, Pod Meets World, alongside her best friends and former costars, Will Friedle and Rider Strong. She is currently competing in the 34th season of Dancing with the Stars, and no, she can’t believe it either.
RIDER STRONG began his career as an actor, best known for his roles on Boy Meets World and the cult horror film, Cabin Fever. Moving behind the camera, Rider’s written and directed short films that played over 60 festivals worldwide and he returned to his roots, this time as a director, for three seasons of the Emmy-nominated Girl Meets World. His play Never Ever Land premiered at Theatre Unleashed in Los Angeles in the fall of 2019. He is the creator and co-host of the podcasts Literary Disco and Pod Meet World, the latter of which has garnered over 40 million downloads and spawned a national tour.
JODIE SWEETIN is an actress, director, and entertainer best known for her work on Full and Fuller House. Having grown up as a 90’s kid, this era is near and dear to her heart and bringing it to life for CRF is so exciting! She’s currently working on her Full House rewatch podcast, “How Rude, Tanneritos” that she co-hosts with Andrea Barber, as well as stand up comedy, live shows and of course her biggest job is mom to two teenage daughters. How Rude, indeed! (jk, they’re actually great!)
CHRISTINE LAKIN is best known from her role as “Al” on the TGIF sit-com “Step By Step”. These days she is mostly behind the camera directing some of your favorite TV comedies, narrating Rom-Com and Detective books and playing the part of Snack Bitch for her two children. She has a rewatch podcast with Stacy Keanan entitled “Keanan and Lakin Give You Deja Vu”. It’s fun, check it out.
