Vox Machina: Origins Hardcover On-Sale Info

Over the past eight months, we have been honored to share the humble beginnings of Vox Machina with you through our very first comic book series, which we created with love with our friends at Dark Horse. Today, we’re even more excited to share the details of the hardcover versions of Vox Machina: Origins.
Both versions of the book offer 160 pages of origin story goodness, centered in coastal town of Stilben in Exandria. Both the standard and limited edition book include the complete collection of Critical Role: Vox Machina Origins #1–#6, as well as bonus content including annotated cover process pieces, preliminary character sketches, and character descriptions and stats. The standard edition features cover art by Stjepan Šejić with a spot gloss treatment.
The limited edition also includes the following:
- A foil-stamped and burnished front and back cover, bound in dark green faux leather
- A foil-stamped and burnished decorative slipcase to keep your book and print safe from chaotic evil fiends and golems
- A commemorative print created by Olivia Samson
Our comics were written by Matthew Colville (Evolve, Priest, Thief) with interior art by Critter Olivia Samson, and coloring and lettering by Chris Northrop.
The standard edition of Vox Machina Origins is available for $44.99 and the limited edition for $99.99. Both Vox Machina: Origins hardcover books will be available on May 31, 2018 at 9am Pacific via the Geek & Sundry online store and Alpha online store. All six of the digital comics are available right now via Dark Horse Digital, comiXology, and other digital comic stores.
